  • No loud noise, music, television, etc at any time but be extra quite from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

  • Check out on Saturday at noon

  • Check in on Saturday at 1:00pm

  • Don't feed the alligators.

  • No grills of any kind around the property.

  • No skateboards, roller blades, games and ball activities are allowed on HOA property.

  • Nothing can be draped from the balconies or on outdoor drying racks.

  • Place all trash in the dumpsters located at the end of the condo buildings.

  • $35.00 charge for any lost pool key.
